These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the King Bolola mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Otium Games Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

King Bolola uses a virtual currency called "Coins." Coins can be:

• Purchased through in-app purchases using real money
• Earned through gameplay, daily rewards, or promotional activities

2.2 No Real Money Value

COINS HAVE NO REAL-WORLD MONETARY VALUE. Coins cannot be:

• Exchanged for real money
• Transferred between users
• Sold or traded outside the Services
• Redeemed for cash or prizes

2.3 No Gambling or Betting

KING BOLOLA IS NOT A GAMBLING PLATFORM. The Services:

• Do not involve real money gambling or betting
• Do not offer prizes, rewards, or winnings that have real-world monetary value
• Are for entertainment purposes only

2.4 Purchase Terms

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3.1 Game Types

King Bolola offers various card game modes, including but not limited to:

• Classic mode
• Tournament mode
• Quick match mode
• Private room mode

3.2 Fair Play

You agree to play fairly and in accordance with the rules of the game. Prohibited activities include:

• Using cheats, exploits, or automation software
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages
• Exploiting bugs or glitches
• Using multiple accounts to manipulate gameplay

4. User Conduct and Community Standards

4.1 Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Hate Speech: Using offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language
• Impersonation: Impersonating other users, staff, or entities
• Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or advertisements
• Illegal Activity: Using the Services for any illegal purpose

4.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Services without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS
